Summary of the results of lab analyses, including all lab reports in the <br /> report or appendixes. The lab report must show- the following information: <br /> 1. Both total and soluble- concentration in ppb or ppm, including units. . <br /> 2.. The, standard TTLC' and STLC limits againstwhich the- sample is compared.. <br /> F;. The specific test method(s) used for each sample along. with the test <br /> resul-t(s) . Any deviation from the test procedures herein shall be <br /> accompanied by a- full explanation and- with regulatory agency approval . <br /> PAYMENT': Payment for providing groundwater and soils sample collection <br /> and analysis and site investigation report. shall be contract price per each. <br /> The contract price per each bid item shall consist of furnishing all <br /> Tabor, tools, equipment, materials and incidentals and for doing all work to <br /> collect and analyze all the samples and provide Caltrans with a site investiga- <br /> tion report and recommendations. <br /> FINAL CLEANUP: If itis determined that no additional material is to' be- <br /> excavated after- the tankhas- been removed,. the areae shall be backfilled and <br /> compacted- i-n accordance with Section 10.06 of the General Specifications. The <br /> section backfilled shall conform to the, surrounding material and exi'st.ing <br /> surfacing. After all necessary work is completed, the. contractor shall sweep <br /> and- remove: all debris: left by his operation and_ leave- the site- in a neat <br /> appearing condition satisfactory- to the Contract Administrator. <br /> PAYMENT: Payment for final cleanup shall be lump sum contract price. <br /> The lump sum contract price for final cleanup shall consist of furnishing <br /> all labor, tools,. equipment, materials and incidentals for- doing all work to <br /> backfill and compact the- original excavated tank area- to- the original struc- <br /> tural surroundings and sweep and remove all debris left by the, Contractor's <br /> operations in a. neat appearing, condition satisfactory to the Contract <br /> Administrator. <br /> ADDITIONAL WORK, IF REQUIRED: If contaminated soil is encountered after <br /> the underground tank is removed, the Contractor shall remove and properly <br /> dispose of- all contaminated soil to the satisfaction of the- Contract <br /> Administrator. <br /> If required by the Contract Administrator, follow-up water and soil <br /> samples shall be collected and analyzed for further contamination and submitted <br /> to the Contract Administrator for review as soon as possible. Follow-up <br /> cresting shall include an evaluation report by the Contractor. <br /> When no further excavation is required, the area shall be backfilled and <br /> compacted per Section 10.06 of the General Specifications. <br /> EXCAVATION: Excavation for any trench or excavation 5 feet or more in <br /> depth shall not begin until the Contractor has received approval of the plan <br />
