An on the job training program to instruct employees in proper and safe <br /> work practices. Provide instruction as to possible hazards and removal or <br /> correction of such hazards where applicable to insure greater safety. <br /> ' B. Conduct frequent inspection of job site, equipment and work practices and <br /> correct any unsafe conditions or procedures. <br /> 1 C. Supervisors shall conduct safety meetings at least once a month. It shall <br /> also be the supervisors responsibility to see that all employees have a <br /> "field" safety meeting at least every ten (10) working days. <br /> 10 SITE SAFETY PLAN <br />
