Advanced Interconnect Technologies <br />Emergency Response Plan <br />Page 2 <br />• Emergency Response Team (ERT) - Employee assigned to emergency <br />team to assist with evacuation, headcount, and fire department direction <br />(see Appendix C for a list of ERT members). <br />• Spill Cleanup Team (SCT) - Employees assigned to assist in the cleanup <br />of incidental spills or releases of hazardous materials within their work <br />area (see Appendix C for a list of SCT members). <br />• Evacuation Leader - Individual responsible for supervising and directing <br />evacuation activities. This person is responsible for communicating any <br />headcount discrepancies to ERC (see Appendix C for Evacuation <br />Leader). <br />Department Headcount Coordinators (DHC) - Individuals responsible for <br />conducting headcounts during a facility evacuation and turning over their <br />headcount discrepancies to the Evacuation Leader (see Appendix C for a <br />list of DHC members). <br />3. Emergency Response Coordinators <br />3.1. The Primary and Alternate Emergency Response Coordinators for the AIT <br />facility are identified on the Business Owner/Operator Identification <br />Section of the HMMP (Appendix A). <br />3.2. In the event of an emergency on off -shifts (2nd or 3rd shift), the Primary <br />and Alternate Emergency Response Coordinators are still to be <br />immediately notified of the incident. If not at the facility, they should be <br />contacted at home. <br />3.3. The ERC's primary duty is to implement this Plan and minimize or <br />eliminate any threat to human health or the environment. <br />3.4. The ERC's have complete authority to commit AIT resources in the event <br />of an emergency. <br />4. Emergency Equipment Inventory and Locations <br />4.1. The location of key safety and spill control equipment on hand is shown <br />as follows in Appendix A. <br />4.1.1. Location of the fire extinguishers, first aid kits and safety <br />showers/eye wash stations are shown in Map 1 of the HMMP. <br />
