—Advanced Interconnect Technologies <br />Emergency Response Plan <br />Page 3 <br />4.1.2. Location of the spill cleanup equipment for incidental spills or <br />releases of hazardous materials is shown in Map 2 of the HMMP. <br />4.1.3. The Facilities Technician is responsible for maintaining adequate <br />inventory of emergency equipment and spill control supplies. <br />4.2. Capabilities of the various safety and spill control equipment described in <br />the HMMP is outlined in Appendix B <br />4.3. Outside organizations for hazardous materials cleanup will be contacted <br />by the ERC if he determines that a spill (because of size or danger) is <br />beyond the ability of the Spill Cleanup Team. Cleanup companies <br />capable of assisting with a hazardous materials incident are identified in <br />the HMMP included as Appendix A. <br />5. Fire/Explosion - Emergency Response Procedure <br />5.1. The individual discovering the fire will immediately report the fire by <br />dialing 9-824-1166 on the nearest telephone and reporting the following <br />information to the individual answering: <br />• Their name; <br />• the location of fire; <br />* type of fire; and <br />• if anyone is injured or trapped. <br />NOTE: Durinq after hours (before 8:00 am and after 5:00 om) Dial 9-911 to <br />report a fire or explosion. <br />5.1.1. The individual reporting the fire will then check that all other <br />employees in the immediate area have been evacuated. <br />5.2. The emergency phone rings on three different extensions simultaneously. <br />5.2.1. The person answering is responsible for recording pertinent <br />emergency information and immediately communicating it to the on <br />duty facility ERC. <br />5.2.1.1.NOTE: If the ERC is not immediately available, use the PA <br />system to page the ERC <br />5.2.2. Once the ERC has been contacted, this individual is further <br />responsible for alerting ERT members to assemble at the <br />emergency location or the Manufacturing Managers office as <br />appropriate. <br />
