Stand watch at plant entrances as directed by the ERC to ensure no one enters the building until the all clear for the evacuation is given. 5.4.5. Assist the Headcount Coordinators at the assembly area with headcount checks as assigned by ERC. 5.4.6. If necessary, ERT members will be directed by the ERC to provide security coverage for involved areas. 5.5. Employees without preassigned emergency duties are responsible for shutdown of their equipment and evacuating the facility as stated in Section 8.0 (Evacuation Plan). 5.5.1. Employees will not go to their lockers, restrooms, etc. but straight to assigned Assembly Area. 5.6. Supervisors are responsible for ensuring that all employees have received training on facility evacuation procedures. 5.6.1. Supervisors are further responsible for directing employees and contractors or visitors in their area to the appropriate exit and assembly point. 5.6.2. Supervisors must ensure the headcount report for their area is completed in a timely manner and appropriate information given to the designated ERT. 5.7. Additional management duties to assist during an emergency incident: 5.7.1. Facilities Technician will provide the Fire Department with access to the facility, assist with utilities shutdown (as required) and provide maintenance equipment (as needed). The location of the power, water and gas shut -offs are provided on Map 2 of the HMMP (Appendix A). 5.7.1.1.The Anodization Engineer will assist and provide backup support as necessary. 5.7.2. Administration Manager will provide Press and Media Coordination.
