"Advanced Interconnect Technologies <br />Emergency Response Plan <br />Page 5 <br />5.4.3. If appropriate, conduct building sweep as assigned by ERC. <br />5.4.4. Stand watch at plant entrances as directed by the ERC to ensure <br />no one enters the building until the all clear for the evacuation is <br />given. <br />5.4.5. Assist the Headcount Coordinators at the assembly area with <br />headcount checks as assigned by ERC. <br />5.4.6. If necessary, ERT members will be directed by the ERC to provide <br />security coverage for involved areas. <br />5.5. Employees without preassigned emergency duties are responsible for <br />shutdown of their equipment and evacuating the facility as stated in <br />Section 8.0 (Evacuation Plan). <br />5.5.1. Employees will not go to their lockers, restrooms, etc. but straight <br />to assigned Assembly Area. <br />5.6. Supervisors are responsible for ensuring that all employees have received <br />training on facility evacuation procedures. <br />5.6.1. Supervisors are further responsible for directing employees and <br />contractors or visitors in their area to the appropriate exit and <br />assembly point. <br />5.6.2. Supervisors must ensure the headcount report for their area is <br />completed in a timely manner and appropriate information given to <br />the designated ERT. <br />5.7. Additional management duties to assist during an emergency incident: <br />5.7.1. Facilities Technician will provide the Fire Department with access <br />to the facility, assist with utilities shutdown (as required) and <br />provide maintenance equipment (as needed). The location of the <br />power, water and gas shut -offs are provided on Map 2 of the <br />HMMP (Appendix A). <br />5.7.1.1.The Anodization Engineer will assist and provide backup <br />support as necessary. <br />5.7.2. Administration Manager will provide Press and Media Coordination. <br />
