After the emergency is under control, Senior Staff Personnel will meet <br />with the General Manager (or his designee) to assess damage and <br />institute a plan for startup. Equipment will be inspected for damage and <br />necessary repairs completed prior to resuming operation. <br />5.9.1. The General Manager (or his designee) will contact AON Risk <br />Services (insurance provider) @ (415) 512-3009 and advise <br />them of the incident and the extent of any damages. <br />5.9.2. The Manufacturing Manager (or his designee) must ensure that no <br />incompatible materials are treated, stored, or disposed of in the <br />affected area of the facility until cleanup procedures are completed. <br />5.9.3. The Manufacturing Manager (or his designee) must ensure that all <br />emergency equipment listed in the HMMP is cleaned and/or <br />replaced and fit for its intended use before facility operations <br />resume. <br />5.9.4. Prior to resuming operations, the General Manager or <br />Manufacturing Manager must notify the Fire Department and the <br />San Joaquin Office of Emergency Services that no incompatible <br />wastes (debris) are in contact with affected areas and all <br />emergency equipment is ready for use (5.9.2 and 5.9.3). <br />5.10. Any time the Emergency Response Plan is implemented, the <br />Manufacturing Manager will write a letter to the file indicating the date, <br />time, and specific details of the fire/explosion. <br />5.11. A complete written report must also be made to the Fire Department and <br />to the San Joaquin County OES, within 15 days of the incident. This <br />report must contain the information described in Appendix E. <br />
