No . 8 and larger , stranded with THHN for indoors <br /> or THWN insulation for outdoors . Where conductor size <br /> is not indicated on the drawings , the wire shall be No . <br /> 12 minimum. <br /> 14. 11 . 2 Wire size , insulation type and the manufacturer ' s name <br /> shall be permanently marked on the conductor jacket at <br /> regular intervals . <br /> 14 . 11 . 3 All wire shall be delivered to the jobsite in complete <br /> coils containing the manufacturer ' s name with an <br /> approval tag indicating wire size and type of <br /> insulation. <br /> 14 . 11 . 4 Branch circuit wiring within lighting fixtures shall <br /> have Type RHH or THWN insulation or approved equal . <br /> 14. 11 . 5 All branch circuit wires shall be identified by using <br /> factory colored wires , color-coded , with a separate <br /> color for each phase . All feeder cables shall be <br /> identified by wherever the wires are accessible in pull <br /> boxes . The neutral insulation shall be white and the <br /> equipment ground shall be green. <br /> XIV-6 <br />
