Larry Carpenter Field Supervisor <br /> 10.00 SAFETY RESPONSIBILITIES OF SUPERVISORS <br /> ' Each supervisor shall be responsible for maintaining an accident <br /> prevention program and shall adhere to the following requirements as a basic <br /> outline to accomplish such. <br /> ' 1. An on the job training program to instruct employees in proper and safe <br /> work practices. Provide instruction as to possible hazards and removal <br /> or correction of such hazards where applicable to insure greater safety. <br /> 2. Conduct frequent inspection of job site, equipment and work practices <br /> and correct any unsafe conditions or procedures. <br /> ' 3. Supervisors shall conduct safety meetings at least once a month. It <br /> shall also be the supervisors responsibility to see that all employees <br /> have a "field" safety meeting at least every ten (10) working days. <br /> ' 4.
