Class A,B,C Fire Extinguisher must be <br /> ' easily accessible within the barricaded area at all times. <br /> 3. No welding, torch cutting, or "hot" work will be permitted either on the <br /> tanks or within 50 feet of the project location. <br /> ' 7.03 BANKS & CO. SUPPLIED EQUIPMENT AND MATERIALS <br /> Banks & Co. shall furnish all mobile equipment (cranes, excavators, <br /> ' haulers) , materials, tools, supplies and manufactured articles, necessary to <br /> required for the completion of the work in accordance with the scope of work, <br /> except for possible permission to utilize any acceptable materials that may be <br /> found on the site. <br /> ' 8.0 COMPANY POLICIES FOR VIOLATIONS OF SAFETY RULES <br /> 8.01 VIOLATION OF COMPANY SAFETY RULES <br /> ' 1. FIRST OCCURRENCE <br /> Verbal warning and training by Site Supervisor on proper procedures. <br /> 2. SECOND OCCURRENCE <br /> Written warning, copy to be kept in personnel file. <br /> 3. An on the job training program to instruct employees in proper and safe <br /> work practices. Provide instruction as to possible hazards and removal <br /> or correction of such hazards where applicable to insure greater safety. <br /> 2. Conduct frequent inspection of job site, equipment and work practices <br /> and correct any unsafe conditions or procedures. <br /> ' 3. Supervisors shall conduct safety meetings at least once a month. It <br /> shall also be the supervisors responsibility to see that all employees <br /> have a "field" safety meeting at least every ten (10) working days. <br /> ' 4.
