6. You are responsible for securing excavation and stock piles if not backfilled immediately. 7. You are required to make a hazardous waste determination of any waste generated at the site and dispose of the waste accordingly, or you may dispose of the waste as hazardous waste under manifest to a permitted facility in accordance to Title 22. If you choose to dispose of the removed brine as non -hazardous, please be cognizant that it is a violation of Health and Safety Code (HSC) 25160(d) to transport hazardous waste without a manifest, HSC 25163(a) to transport hazardous waste without valid transporter registration, and HSC 25189.5(a) to dispose hazardous waste at an unauthorized point. 3. City of Stockton Fire Department must be on site and give consent before the tanks can be crushed. The removal inspection with EHD has been scheduled for March 4, 2014.
