The leak detection performance of the monitoring system shall <br /> be tested and verified by a qualified independent consultant <br /> to detect leaks as small as .05 gallons per hour with a 95% <br /> probability of detection and less than a 5% probability of a , <br /> false alarm. <br /> g. All monitoring equipment, including FRP reservoirs and <br /> electronic control shall be UL listed. <br /> h. If hydrostatically monitored, any solution used in the tank <br /> annular space shall have UL approval for compatibility with <br /> the tank. <br /> G. Accessories <br /> f <br /> 1. Anchor Straps: Provide glass fiber-reinforced plastic anchor <br /> straps for each tank shown. Number and location of straps shall <br /> be as specified by manufacturer. Each strap shall be capable of <br /> withstanding the buoyancy load for tank diameter as shown: <br /> 4 ft - 4,200 lbs. <br /> 6 ft - 18,000 lbs. <br /> 8 ft - 25,000 lbs. <br /> 10 ft - 32,000 lbs. <br /> Straps shall be standard as supplied by the tank manufacturer. <br /> 2. Certification Plate: Underwriters' Laboratory label shall be <br /> permanently affixed to each tank. <br /> 3. Flanged Manways <br /> a. Each tank shall be provided with a 22" inside diameter manway. <br /> b. All manways shall be furnished complete with UL listed <br /> gaskets, bolts, and covers. <br /> c. Manway risers shall be provided to provide access to the <br /> piping sup if required. <br /> d. Provide manhole ring and cover, rated for H2O loading, over <br /> the piping sump. <br /> e.
