Hats shall all be distinguishable from those <br /> worn by PG&E and other contractor personnel on the work site. <br /> C. Records: <br /> 1. Contractor shall have and maintain an up-to-date list of its employees' names and addresses. <br /> 2. Contractor shall immediately notify PG&E of any medical emergency occurring while on PG&E <br /> property and shall provide a written report to PG&E within 24 hours. <br /> 1.08 DRAWINGS <br /> A. The following Drawings are part of this Specification: <br /> Drawing No. Revision No. Description <br /> 1 1 Site Plan <br /> B. The following Drawings are for reference only: N/A <br /> C. Contractor shall perform work under this Contract in accordance with this Specification and <br /> Drawings. In the event of a conflict,the order of precedence shall be as established in Paragraph <br /> 1.01.D (Conflicts) of this Section 01010. <br /> D. THE DRAWINGS ABOVE MAY HAVE SOME ERRORS AND OMISSIONS. CONTRACTOR <br /> SHALL CHECK THE LANGUAGE OF THIS SPECIFICATION FOR POSSIBLE CORRECTIONS <br /> OR CHANGES TO THE DRAWINGS. CONTRACTOR SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR <br /> VERIFYING THE ACCURACY OF THE DRAWINGS BY DETERMINING THE ACTUAL <br /> CONDITIONS THAT EXIST AT THE WORK SITE. ALL DISCREPANCIES SHALL BE IDENTIFIED <br /> TO THE PG&E REPRESENTATIVE. THE PG&E REPRESENTATIVE AND THE CONTRACTOR <br /> SHALL MUTUALLY AGREE IN WRITING ON ANY ADJUSTMENTS THAT NEED TO BE MADE <br /> TO THE SPECIFICATION OR THE DRAWINGS BEFORE CONTRACTOR PROCEEDS WITH <br /> THE WORK. <br /> E. PG&E shall furnish to Contractor five (5) prints of each subsequently revised or newly issued <br /> Contract drawing prior to the start of construction. <br /> 1.09 CONSTRUCTION SCHEDULE <br /> A. Importance of Time: Work under this Specification shall become an integral part of PG&E's system <br /> for supplying electric service to its customers and failure of Contractor to complete the Work within <br /> the agreed time shall result in serious damage to PG&E. When in PG&E's opinion the progress of <br /> the Work indicates that the Work will not be completed in accordance with the construction <br /> schedule (or completion date), PG&E shall notify Contractor of the deficiency. Contractor shall <br /> upon notification take the necessary measures to correct the deficiency. If Contractor fails to <br /> correct the deficiency, PG&E may at its option take necessary measures as provided for under <br /> Termination of Contract, Paragraph 12.0 of the General Conditions, to complete the Work. <br /> B. Contractor's Schedule: Within fourteen (14) days after award of Contract, Contractor shall submit a <br /> detailed schedule for all the Work. The schedule must reflect the key completion dates required by <br /> PG&E. The detail will be such that no activity duration shall exceed thirty(30) days, unless it is a <br />
