Subcontract work <br /> shall be included. The schedule shall indicate procurement, shop drawings, submittals, reviews, <br /> approvals, inspections, fabrications, deliveries, float, as well as the sequence of all work. <br /> C. Contractor's Schedule Updates: Starting with the first billing after submittal of the schedule, <br /> Contractor must submit an updated schedule with each billing. If a delay is a result of items within <br /> the control of Contractor, Contractor shall submit and implement plan for getting back on schedule. <br /> If a delay is a result of items beyond the control of the Contractor, Contractor shall submit its <br /> recommendation and approximate cost for getting back on schedule. If there is a disagreement on <br /> the cause of delay, Contractor shall submit and implement its plan for getting back on schedule and <br /> notify PG&E in writing of its intent to file a claim for its work in accordance with the General <br /> Conditions. <br /> D Use of "Float" time in the schedule shall not be considered as a delay until twenty-five (25) percent <br /> of float time for any given item is utilized. At that time, it shall be addressed as a delay to the <br /> schedule. The original schedule submitted by the Contractor and approved by PG&E shall be the <br /> basis for calculating delay time. <br /> 1.10 SUBMITTALS <br /> A. General: <br /> 1. Submittals are instruments of the Contractor and defined herein to include shop drawings, <br /> product data, and samples. <br /> a. Product Data: Illustrations, standard schedules, performance charts, instruction, <br /> brochures, diagrams, and the information furnished by Contractor from the manufacturer to <br /> illustrate a material, product, or system for some portion of the Work. <br /> b. Samples: Physical examples, which illustrate materials, equipment, or workmanship and <br /> establish standards by which the Work shall be judged. <br /> 2. Contractor, at Contractor's own expense, shall furnish for review by PG&E all submittals <br /> required by this Specification. <br /> 3. Contractor shall make all submittals in groups containing all associated items as complete <br /> packages of information for review. Partial submittals shall not be accepted. <br /> 4. All submittals shall be reviewed and approved by the Contractor prior to forwarding them for <br /> PG&E's review. They shall be submitted to PG&E with reasonable promptness with minimum <br /> fifteen (15) days prior to date required to maintain construction schedule and in such sequence <br /> as to cause no delay in the Work. No extension of Contract time shall be granted for untimely <br /> submittals. <br /> 5. By approving and submitting product data, and samples, Contractor represents that the <br /> submittal is complete and that it has determined and verified all materials,field measurements, <br /> and field construction criteria related thereto; and that it has checked and coordinated the <br /> information contained within such submittals with the requirements of the Work and of the <br /> Specification. <br /> 6. No portion of the Work requiring submission of product data, or sample shall commence until <br /> the submittal has been reviewed and accepted by PG&E. All such portions of the Work shall be <br /> in accordance with accepted submittals. <br />
