Indirect Hazard Determination ® N/A <br /> [Note: This information is required only when the presence of the hazardous substance can not be <br /> determined directly by the monitoring method used(e.g. where liquid level measurements in a tank annular <br /> space are used as the basis for leak determination)] <br /> The following steps will be taken to determine the presence or absence of hazardous substance in the tank <br /> interstitial space if monitoring indicates a possible unauthorized release: <br /> G. Equipment Testing and Preventive Maintenance <br /> State law requires that testing, preventive maintenance, and calibration (if applicable) of monitoring equipment <br /> (e.g. sensors, probes, line leak detectors, etc.) be performed in accordance with the equipment manufacturers' <br /> instructions or annually, whichever is more frequent.
