He is <br /> the main contact with the City of Stockton and RWQCB personnel. He is responsible for <br /> budgeting and providing the necessary safety facilities and equipment. <br /> 5.0 COMPREHENSIVE WORK PLAN •— -- Formatted:Bullets and Numbering <br /> 5.1 Expected Site Activities <br /> The site activities will involve the excavation and removal of adversely impacted soils.
