The <br /> permit has been approved with the following conditions. <br /> Conditions of approval: <br /> I. Contact the local fire department, local planning or building department and the San <br /> Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control District for any applicable permits. <br /> 2. Any changes shall be submitted to the San Joaquin County Environmental Health <br /> Department(EHD)for approval prior to commencing work.All new addenda supercede <br /> the previous ones. <br /> 3. If the alarm history is cleared by a"cold start",a current printout must be created <br /> and available for EHD inspection. Inspection may occur during the monitoring system <br /> functionality test. <br /> 4. If the under dispenser containment(UDC)pans are being modified to add electrical <br /> penetration fittings and the electrical penetrations are not significantly higher than the <br /> product line penetrations,an approved test must be performed to determine the integrity <br /> of the UDC pans. <br /> 5. All possible piping leaks in the new dispensers must flow into the UDCs. <br /> 6.
