The vapor recovery piping has not yet been connected to the dispensers . According to Engel Molina , they are waiting <br /> for the ELD testing before connecting . <br /> -Verified the calculations being used for the drop tube construction using the worksheet provided by OPW for installation of the <br /> 71SO flapper and drop tube . The riser heights had been pre-measured by Engel Molina and were not confirmed . The drop <br /> tubes were not yet cut; an additional inspection is needed to confirm the drop tube was constructed using the calculated <br /> measurements . The following calculations were made : <br /> 20 ,000 gallon tank <br /> riser - 78 " <br /> upper tube length - 88 . 5" <br /> 8 , 000 gallon tank <br /> riser - 74 . 5" <br /> upper tube length - 82" <br /> "Additional inspections are needed . See the permit approval letter dated December 15 , 2016 for a complete list of inspections <br /> required . All appointments must be scheduled 48 hours in advance . <br /> The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the California Health and Safei <br /> Code .
