1.2 Site Description <br />Site location: 701 East Charter Way <br />Stockton, CA <br />Client contact: Mr. Khaldoon Othman <br />701 East Charter Way <br />Stockton, CA 95206 <br />Area Affected: Commercial <br />1.3 Background <br />The site is currently being operated as a retail gas station and <br />a small convenience store. There are three (3) tanks at this <br />location. Currently this property is owned by Mr. Khaldoon Y. <br />Othman and Mr. Swaran Chouhan. <br />2. PROJECT ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE <br />Project Director James (Tex) Stokley <br />Project Manager Jeff Hall <br />Site Safety Officer James (Tex) Stokley/Jeff Hall <br />2.1 Project Manager Responsibilities <br />Overall management of the technical aspects of the project <br />and the work plan. <br />2.2 Site Safety Officer Responsibilities <br />Maintaining a copy of the SSP on site at all times. <br />Acting as the decon team leader. <br />On site implementation of the SSP and any ambient air <br />monitoring program. <br />Halting or delaying any site activities when necessary to <br />protect worker or public health and safety, or the <br />protection of the environment. <br />Conducting inspections to determine the effectiveness of the <br />SSP. Any deficiencies in the SSP identified by the SSO will <br />be corrected as soon as possible. <br />
