AM:N�t___ <br /> Applied GeoSystems 4191-E Power Inn Road, Sacramento, CA 95826 (916) 452-2901 <br /> • FREMONT • COSTA MESA • SACRAMENTO • HOUSTON <br /> REPORT <br /> SUBSURFACE ENVIRONMENTAL INVESTIGATION <br /> RELATED TO REMOVAL OF <br /> UNDERGROUND STORAGE TANKS <br /> at <br /> City of Lodi Corporation Yard <br /> 1331 South Ham Lane <br /> Lodi, California <br /> For Town and Country Contractors, Inc. <br /> INTRODUCTION <br /> At the request of Town and County Contractors, Inc. , Applied <br /> GeoSystems conducted a subsurface environmental investigation in <br /> conjunction with the removal of two underground fuel storage <br /> tanks from the City of Lodi Corporation Yard in Lodi, California. <br /> The site is located on the northwest corner of the intersection <br /> of South Ham and Kettleman Lanes. The location of the site is <br /> shown on the Site Vicinity Map (Plate P-1) . <br /> The purpose of this study was to evaluate whether contamination <br /> of soil had occurred due to product leakage associated with the <br /> .former underground storage tanks. This report describes the work <br /> associated with the investigation, summarizes and discusses the <br /> analytical results obtained, and presents our interpretation of <br /> these results and recommendations for future work. <br />
