The surface will be completed to match the <br /> surrounding ground surface. <br /> ' 3.2.5 Decontamination Procedures <br /> Downhole drilling and sampling equipment will be decontaminated prior to use at the <br /> Site and in between sample locations (if the same equipment is used at more than one <br /> boring)by steam cleaning or by washing with laboratory-grade detergent <br /> ' 3.2.6 Investigation-Derived Waste Management <br /> Investigation-derived waste materials will be contained in 55-gallon drums and stored <br /> on-site pending analysis and off-site disposal at an appropriate facility in accordance <br /> with state and federal regulations. <br /> ' 3.3 Analytical Program <br /> Based on the CDCs historically detected during routine groundwater monitoring at the <br /> Site and the COCs detected in the soil samples collected in the former North and South <br /> Pond Area prior to cap installation (Section 2), the following analyses have been <br /> ' selected for the soil and groundwater samples for this investigation: <br /> • Nitrate as Nitrogen (N) by Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Method <br /> 1 300.0; <br /> • Carbamate and Urea Pesticides by EPA Method 632M; <br /> • VOCs by EPA Method 8260B; <br /> • Chlorinated herbicides by EPA Method 8151A(former North Pond Area only); <br /> • Low-Level 1,2,3-trichloropropane (1,2,3-TCP) by SRL 524M-TCP; and <br /> • Fumigants by EPA Method 8011 M for soil samples and EPA Method 504.1 for <br /> water samples. <br /> ' Work Plan_Stmkton Pond Inv_Ot-07-08 to OL07.08 <br />
