Appropriate secondary containment
and/or diversionary structures or equipment is provided for all bulk storage
Containers and transfer areas to prevent a discharge. For diked or bermed
containment areas, the entire containment system, including walls and floor, is
Capable of containing oil and is constructed so any discharge from a primary
containment system, such as a tank or pipe, will not escape the containment area
before cleanup occurs.
•naom,.en Pro,mmc.misaNgss NINA FINAL 07-0. 01em„
