Immediately, include the description of product type and storage j capacity in the SPCC plan and keep a copy at the facility for record and review. #20. Facility failed to include procedures for routine handling of product and discharge prevention measures as required by CFR 112.7(a)(3)(ii). Immediately, include procedures of routine handling.of products and discharge prevention measure in the SPCC plan and keep a copy for record and review. #21, 22 and 23. Facility lack discharge and drainage control for the secondary containment as required by CFR 112.7(a)(3)(iii), failed to show countermeasure for discovery, cleanup and discharge as required by CFR 112.7(a)(3)(iv) and failed to address disposal method for discovered material as required by CFR 112.7(a)(3)(v). Immediately, provide discharge and drainage control and also include the discharge procedure in the SPCC plan, provide countermeasure for discovery cleanup and discharge in the SPCC plan. I #24 and 25, Facility lack a required contact list and phone numer of the response coordinator as requited by 112.7(a)(3)(vi) and also failed to provide procedure to enable a person to adequately report discharges as required by CFR 112.7(a)(4). Immediately, provide the required contact list and the phone number of the facility's response coordinator and provide information and procedures to enable a person to adequately report discharges and include it in the SPCC plan for record and review. #27. Facility failed to include a description of potential equipment failure as required by CFR 112.7(b). Immediately, include a description of potential equipment failures in the SPCC plan. #28. Facility does not have secondary containment for the tanks or piping ( pipe was leaking at the time of inspection). Facility failed to provide secondary containment to the tank system or diversionary structures that are capable of containing discharge from primary containment until cleaned up. Immediately provide secondary containment for the tank and the tank system. #29 and 31. Facility failed to provide periodic inspection and testing of tank and tank system or keep records. Pursuant to CFR 112.7(d) a facility must provide perodic intergrity testing of tanks, valves and pipings periodically and pursuant to CFR 112.7(e) conduct periodic inspection and tests and keep j records as specified in the SPCC. #32. Facility lack personnel training and annual breifing for discharge prevention. Immediately, provide training for all personeel and alsonprovide annual breifing as required by CFR 112.7(f). ALL EHD STAFF TIME ASSOCIATED WITH FAILING TO COMPLY BY THE ABOVE NOTED DATES WILL BE BILLED AT THE CURRENT HOURLY RATE($115).
