A tailgate safety <br /> meeting must be performed and documented at the beginning of each workday. Plan, Prevent, Execute(PPE)/Safe Performance Self Assessment(SPSA) <br /> procedures must be used throughout the project. Weather conditions (heat, cold, rain, lightning) must also be considered. Double bag if warranted.
