All <br /> water samples will be analyzed for TPH-D and TPH-G <br /> with BTEX distinction. <br /> All samples will be analyzed on a standard two-week <br /> turnaround time. <br /> Task E: Analyze Data and Laboratory Results <br /> The assessment will include field observations, the <br /> results of sample analysis, and an interpretation of <br /> geologic and hydrogeologic conditions. <br /> Task F: Prepare Site Investigation Report <br /> A report presenting the findings and results of this <br /> supplemental site investigation, including the boring <br /> logs, laboratory reports, and a ground water gradient <br /> map will be prepared and submitted to Caltrans. <br /> Task G: Prepare Remedial Work Plan <br /> A remedial work plan presenting the details of <br /> implementation of the selected methods will be <br /> prepared including (as appropriate) process layout, <br /> design parameters, permitting requirements, an <br /> engineering cost estimate including capital costs as <br /> well as operation and maintenance costs, a site <br /> safety plan, operation and maintenance protocol, and <br /> the estimated implementation schedule. <br /> SITE SAFETY PLAN <br /> All field procedures and activities related to the conduct of <br /> the site investigation and remedial planning study will be in <br /> accordance with the site-specific safety plan (SSP) to be <br /> developed in compliance with applicable requirements of the <br /> California Department of Health Services (DHS) and the Federal <br /> and State Occupational Health and Safety Administration (OSHA <br /> and Cal-OSHA) . <br />
