P 1 <br /> 2.0 STANDARD OPERATING PROCEDURE <br /> 2.1 Initial Start-Up Procedures for SVETS <br /> As stated in the Introduction,the SVETS consists of mechanical equipment that has been specified to <br /> meet performance requirements established for remediation of hydrocarbon-impacted soil at the <br /> Facility. <br /> Start up Preparation: <br /> 1. Verify that the Main Electrical Supply to the oxidizer control panel is OFF. <br /> 2. Verify that the oxidizer main electrical disconnect (DSC-701)is in the OFF position. DSC-701 <br /> is located on the front on the control panel. <br /> 3. With the main electrical disconnect in the OFF position, set the drain pump Hand-Off-Auto <br /> (HOA) switch as follows.This switch can be found on the front of the control panel. <br /> Description Hoa Switch Position <br /> Drain Pump(P101) HS-801 OFF <br /> 4. In order to perform start up procedures,provide power to the oxidizer control panel. <br /> 6. Energize the control panel by setting the Disconnect switch (DSC-701) to the ON position. <br /> 7.
