Enclosed with the permit applications is a check for
$457 (Per Parcel-$89, Site Mitigation Fee-$279). This work is being conducted by SAIC for
Chevron.
I was recently informed that the site mitigation fee might possibly be waived due to the fact that
Chevron has, in the past, allocated money to San Joaquin County for this task. I was wondering
of this fee of$279 is required? If not, would it be possible to receive a refund? Thanks for your
time,
Daniel B.Anzelon
Staff Geologist
SAIL
3800 Watt Ave. Suite 210
Sacramento, CA 95821
(916)979-3800 office
(916)979-3735 fax
10/26/2006
