The workplan
was to be submitted to our office by 9 June 2003.
Subsequently, we received an email dated 21 May 2003, from ChevronTexaco requesting an extension
of approximately three weeks for submitting the workplan. We realize the urgency of the pipeline
project, however the characterization of the problem(s) along Byron Road also needs to be addressed in a
timely manner. Having initially provided approximately two months with which to prepare a response,
we are willing to allow a two-week extension for submittal.
By 20 June 2003,please submit the workplan and time schedule for completing the investigation.
