Information needs to be provided describing if any rural residences associated with
the three wells are currently occupied and the wells being used.
• Section B. 7. —same as A.3.
• Section B.8. —in addition to including the amount of treated wastewater discharged from the
project, provide documentation of the daily volume and for the length of time water has been
discharged to Field G from Teichert's other construction site located southwest of the Mountain
House project. Describe the effects that both discharges at the same location will have on the
ability of Field G to contain all treated wastewater from the Mountain House project.
• Section C. — in conjunction with the Section B. S. item discussed above, a minimum of one
sampling and analysis event should be conducted for the four groundwater monitoring wells
previously installed by Condor Earth it-the Field G property. The monitoring and sampling
should occur prior to start of the treated wastewater discharge to Field G. The analytical results
should be submitted for Regional Board staff review.
• Section E. 2. —provide to Regional Board staff for review, a draft copy of the letter that the
applicants intend to submit to the San Joaquin County Health Department and the California
Department of Fish and Game. As long as the discharge complies with effluent
limits contained in the General Order R5-2003-0044, Regional Board staff would not anticipate taking
any enforcement action.
If you have any questions please contact Dean Hubbard at (559) 445-5179.
SHELTON R.
