California Street SITE CODE: 1687 <br /> Stockton CA 95202 <br /> In correspondence dated December 22, 2004 you were directed by San Joaquin County <br /> Environmental Health Department (SJC/EHD) to submit a work plan to investigate the <br /> vertical and lateral extent of the petroleum hydrocarbon contamination documented at the <br /> above referenced contaminated underground storage tank (UST) site. The work plan was <br /> due for submittal no later than February 1, 2005, but was never received by this agency. <br /> In correspondence dated March 9, 2005 SJC/EHD directed that the delinquent work plan <br /> be submitted no later than April 8, 2005. To date no work plan has been received by this <br /> agency. Please proceed with the immediate submittal of the requested work plan.
