Please provide in the feasibility <br /> study a technical justification for performing a DPE pilot test. <br /> Two groundwater monitoring wells (MW-7 and MW-8) were installed during April <br /> 2007 to monitor an apparent water bearing zone at approximately 70 feet below <br /> surface grade . Both of these wells are impacted with significant concentrations of <br /> petroleum hydrocarbons . In addition to the feasibility study, SJC/EHD directs <br /> submittal of a work plan to define the lateral extent of the groundwater contamination <br /> detected in MW-7 and MW-8.
