You were <br /> directed to submit a San Joaquin Well Permit Application for each parcel of land on which <br /> work would be done , required permit and inspection fees of $368. 00 per application , <br /> copies of access agreements from offsite property owners and to proceed with scheduling <br /> the approved work. <br /> To date this work has not been completed . You are directed to submit the permit <br /> applications and fees , and to notify SJC/EHD of the date when the work will begin within <br /> 14 days of the date of this letter. A report of findings must be submitted no later than 60 <br /> days after completion of the fieldwork. Failure to meet these deadlines may result in <br /> referral of this site to the San Joaquin County District Attorney's office or the Regional <br /> Water Quality Control Board , Central Valley Region for enforcement action . <br /> California Code of Regulations, Title 23 Sections 3890-3895 require all leaking <br /> underground storage tank sites to electronically submit analytical data and reports to <br /> Geotracker, the State Water Resources Control Board's data information system. No data <br /> or reports from 2005 have been submitted on your behalf to Geotracker.
