(AGE ) <br /> was approved with conditions for implementation . You were directed to submit a San <br /> Joaquin County Well Permit Application and fees for each parcel of land on which drilling <br /> was proposed , along with access agreements from offsite property owners . <br /> Please proceed with submittal of the well permit applications , required $368 . 00 fee per <br /> application , access agreements from the offsite property owners , and with scheduling the <br /> approved work.
