California, Stockton, CA, has been reviewed by San Joaquin <br /> County Public Health Services, Environmental Health Division (PHSIEHD). The plan is <br /> a proposal to remove soil which may have been contaminated due to unauthorized <br /> releases from the UST product lines or dispensers which were located on the property. <br /> i <br /> PHS/EHD has made a tentative determination that the plan is in compliance with <br /> California Health & Safety Code Chapter 6.7, Section 25299.37 and California Code of M <br /> Regulations Corrective Action Requirements, and that the resultant work will not create <br /> significant adverse environmental impacts which exceed the benefits to be gained from <br /> cleanup of the contamination. <br /> The remediation plan is available for public review at PHSIEHD, 304 E. Weber <br /> Avenue, Stockton during normal working hours, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Final <br /> PHSIEHD approval for the plan is scheduled.for March 31, 1999. <br /> Questions regarding the specific site concerns or procedures should be directed to <br /> Carol Oz, Senior REHS, at (209) 468-3440 or sent in writing to her at 344 E.
