Cambria understands <br /> that Pegasus will be acting on behalf of Mr. Spatafore in response to the crude oil release. <br /> Accordingly, Cambria has informed Kleinfelder of all environmental response activities <br /> performed at the Site, and Cambria will provide copies of all documentation to Kleinfelder, Mr. <br /> Spatafore and to Pegasus. Also on December 9, 2003, CPL, Pegasus, Cambria, and Kleinfelder <br /> met with Mr. Steven Shih of the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department <br /> (SJCEHD) at the Site. The SJCEHD will be the lead agency overseeing environmental activities <br /> in response to the crude oil release. <br /> © CLOSING <br /> While Cambria will prepare a report of emergency response activities, all future correspondence <br /> from the SJCEHD should be directed directly to Mr. Spatafore. Cambria requests that the <br /> SJCEHD send copies of their correspondence with Mr. Spatafore to Bob Gondek of CPL and to <br /> Cambria. Cambria also requests that copies of technical reports prepared for the Site be submitted <br /> to CPL and to Cambria. Cambria appreciates the opportunity to provide environmental services to <br /> Chevron Pipe Line Company.
