A safety topic shall be <br /> addressed each day from the following list: <br /> ' - Site Safety Plan (first day and once a week thereafter) <br /> Fire Fighting Techniques <br /> ' - Defensive Driving <br /> - Decontamination <br /> - Levels of Protection <br /> ' - Heat Stress <br /> - Emergency Equipment on Site <br /> - Confined Space Entry Procedure - Respirator Maintenance <br /> - Self-contained Breathing Apparatus Training (if necessary) <br /> ' 2.4 Safety Log <br /> ' A safety log shall be kept for the project work site. <br /> ' 2.5 Eating, Drinking, Smoking <br /> Eating, dunking, and smoking shall be allowed only in the designated areas in the <br /> support zone.
