The closure contractor is <br /> obligated to establish a schedule of construction activities <br /> to suit his available or preferred methods . This schedule <br /> is subject to Engineer ' s acceptance. The detailed schedule <br /> of closure activities will be submitted to the DHS when a <br /> contractor is selected. <br /> 3 . "Within 30 calendar days of the effective date of the approved <br /> CP, revise the closure plan cost estimate to include the <br /> additional costs to implement all DHS and EPA modifications <br /> and submit documentation demonstrating financial assurance <br /> as set forth in Title 22 of the CCR, Sections 67003 and <br /> 67007 , and 40 CFR 265 . 143 .
