CALIFORNIA REGIONAL WATER QUALITY CONTROL BOARD <br /> CENTRAL VALLEY REGION <br /> MONITORING AND REPORTING PROGRAM NO. <br /> FOR <br /> THE MARLEY COOLING TOWER COMPANY <br /> STOCKTON, SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY <br /> TREATMENT PLANT FULL SCALE OPERATIONS <br /> Influent Monitoring <br /> Influent samples shall be collected from the flow equalization basin and the <br /> influent holding tank. Influent samples shall combined into a single sample <br /> which is representative of the volume and nature of the inflow to the two major <br /> components of the plant. The influent shall be collected at approximately the <br /> same time as effluent samples. <br /> Constituents Units Type of Sample Frequency <br /> Total Dissolved Solids mg/l Composite Weekly <br /> Effluent Monitoring <br /> Effluent samples from the Andco and ion exchange plants shall be collected prior <br /> to discharge into the North Yard pipeline that conveys effluent to the Stockton <br /> Diverting Canal . Effluent samples shall be combined into a single sample which <br /> is representative of the volume and nature of the discharge from each component <br /> of the treatment plant. Sample analysis must follow EPA methods described in SW <br /> 846.
