In order to accomplish this task within the time and budget available, an environmental information vendor was employed to conduct these searches. Environmental Data Resources, Inc. (EDR) searched 39 government databases and provided an Environmental Radius Map Report of the results of that search. _.The EDR report is a screening tool that maps sites with potential or existing environmental liabilities. Government databases were searched in accordance with the ASTM Standard (E 1527) and included the most current databases available. In addition to these databases, Condor requested an Office of Emergency Services (OES) report. The Client requested the Phase I Environmental Site Assessment to be completed without the OES report. The OES report will be forwarded to the client to attach with this report. The minimum search distances recommended by ASTM are shown below. The distance and direction from the Site is noted with each entry below and is shown on the Environmental Overview Map (Appendix B). Databases searched in which no sites were found are not listed in Appendix B but are listed in the Environmental Report.
