0 0 <br /> 2.0 KEY PERSONNEL, RESPONSIBILITIES, AND TRAINING <br /> 2.1 Key Personnel <br /> Client: Pacific Gas and Electric Company <br /> Betsy Brunswick (415) 973-1642 <br /> ENV America Incorporated <br /> Veen Chee Foong (415) 989-9933, extension 223 <br /> Andrew M. Galleni (415) 989-9933, extension 227 <br /> Veen Chee Foong will be the Project Manager. She will be responsible for project oversight <br /> and act as the primary liaison with PG&E. <br /> Andrew M. Galleni will serve as the Site Manager and Site Safety Officer. He will observe <br /> Site activities and will be responsible for providing health and safety information, ensuring <br /> personnel health and safety, correcting improper conditions, and following safe practices. <br /> He may delegate Site safety coordination duties to other qualified personnel onsite. <br /> ENV America personnel employed on this project shall, at a minimum, have successfully <br /> completed the 40-hour hazardous waste workers training and annual 8-hour refresher <br /> training as specified in 29 CFR 1910.120. In addition, all Site managers and supervisors <br /> shall be required to have successfully completed an 8-hour manager's health and safety <br /> training course in accordance to requirements of 8 CCR 5192(e)(4). Certifications of <br /> completion of training and participation of medical surveillance will be kept in the Project <br /> Manager's file. <br /> ENV America has an effective Illness and Injury Prevention Program, in accordance to the <br /> requirements of 8 CCR, Sections 1509 and 3203. <br /> 2.2 Other Site Personnel and Subcontractors <br /> Other Site Personnel, including subcontractors, visitors, vendors, etc., are responsible for <br /> the health and safety of their own employees. All Site Personnel, including contractors and <br /> subcontractors, shall comply with all federal and state requirements. Failure to comply may <br /> result in removal of the individual from the Site activities and possible termination of <br /> contractual obligations. <br /> 2.3 Initial Site Safety Meeting <br /> Personnel involved in field activities of this project will attend an initial task safety briefing <br /> performed by the Site Safety Officer or his designee. The briefing will occur prior to the <br /> beginning of Site activities. The briefing will include as a minimum, a discussion on <br /> restricted areas, the nature of the potential residues at the Site, personal protection <br /> ENVA 2 February 2005 <br /> A M E R !
