4.0 Reporting <br />A report will be prepared that will include: <br />• Discussion of objectives and whether objectives were achieved. <br />• Field and laboratory methods for analysis of samples and data. <br />• Copies of field and laboratory -generated data and other records. <br />• One or more maps that address the lateral distribution of contaminants. <br />• One or more cross sections that address the lateral distribution of contaminants. <br />• A Conceptual Site Model. The model will include text and one or more map and <br />cross-section. <br />• Whether the mobilization of metals is likely to be of concern during groundwater <br />remediation. <br />• Conclusions about whether sparging will be the most cost-effective remedial approach <br />for remediation of site groundwater, and if so: <br />— Whether air will be the most appropriate fluid. <br />— Whether sparing must be conducted in more than one discrete zone. <br />— Aspects of control of groundwater and vapor flow during the course of sparging. <br />• Recommendations for any additional data that may be necessary to collect prior to <br />producing a design and engineers' cost estimate for groundwater remediation. <br />UserName or Department-Z.1sacDR20051Pp188018800391A.5ad.doc 4-1 <br />
