4.0 Reporting
A report will be prepared that will include:
• Discussion of objectives and whether objectives were achieved.
• Field and laboratory methods for analysis of samples and data.
• Copies of field and laboratory -generated data and other records.
• One or more maps that address the lateral distribution of contaminants.
• One or more cross sections that address the lateral distribution of contaminants.
• A Conceptual Site Model. The model will include text and one or more map and
cross-section.
• Whether the mobilization of metals is likely to be of concern during groundwater
remediation.
• Conclusions about whether sparging will be the most cost-effective remedial approach
for remediation of site groundwater, and if so:
— Whether air will be the most appropriate fluid.
— Whether sparing must be conducted in more than one discrete zone.
— Aspects of control of groundwater and vapor flow during the course of sparging.
• Recommendations for any additional data that may be necessary to collect prior to
producing a design and engineers' cost estimate for groundwater remediation.
UserName or Department-Z.1sacDR20051Pp188018800391A.5ad.doc 4-1
