(g) Hearing protection required if noise levels exceed (90 dBA, eight <br /> (8) hour average at driller operation (or 85 dBA for workers who <br /> have not received a baseline audiogram or who have a permanent <br /> threshold shift). <br /> 2. Standby <br /> Employees shall have on standby, and use according to instructions, the <br /> following personal protective clothing and equipment: <br /> (a) First aid kit. <br /> (b) Fire extinguisher. <br /> (c) Hand cleaner and rags. <br /> (d) Eye wash. <br /> (e) Decontamination solution. <br /> 3. Site Required <br /> These items are the minimum required for all personnel working at the site <br /> in work zones or areas which do not present any potential chemical <br /> exposure hazard. <br /> (a) Hard hat. <br /> (b) Work clothes (coveralls or work uniform). <br /> (c) Safety glasses or goggles. <br /> (d) Hearing protection required if noise levels exceed 90 dBA, eight <br /> (8) hour average at driller operation (or 85 dBA for workers who <br /> have not received a baseline audiogram or have a permanent <br /> threshold shift). <br /> D. Safety <br /> The following safe work practices shall be followed for all construction activities: <br /> 1.
