(GTI) The <br /> Workplan Addendum,written in response to my letter dated 8 September 2005, specifies that analytical <br /> results below regulatory criteria from the Pre-BST(bench scale test)will be used to delete those analyses <br /> from the BST list of analyses. This contradicts my request to analyze all metals and general minerals <br /> during the BST, since similar ozone injection sites have reported BST analytical results that exceeded <br /> Water Quality Goals(WQGs)when the Pre-BST results were below WQGs. In a phone discussion with <br /> Dr. Raynold Kablanov, GTI on 1 November 2005, 1 requested and received concurrence to the full list of <br /> BST analyses. <br /> The Workplan is conditionally approved per this letter and my previous letter, with the added stipulation <br /> CAM 17 metals w <br /> that you acquire all required local permits to rkive San Joaquin County Environmental <br /> conduct the Ith <br /> the general minerals for the Pre-BST and BST. Also,pleaseg <br /> Health Department and me at least three working days prior notice before conducting field work.
