Corrected on site. <br /> CALCODE DESCRIPTION:All clean and soiled linen shall be properly stored non-food items shall be stored and displayed separate from <br /> food and food-contact surfaces. Store wipe cloths in 100 <br /> ppm chlorine; avoid more than 200 ppm to protect food and food contact surface from contamination of excessive chlorine. <br /> This is a repeat violation.
