Other sections of the plan reference 55 gallon drums and a 150 Gallon single wall 112 Diesel fuel tank located on a pallet
for mobility.
It is unclear what the secondary containment is for the 150 gallon diesel fuel tank and the 55 gallon drums. The
10,000 gallon tank and the 250 gallon tank are listed as double walled but this is not discussed in the secondary
containment sections of the SPCC plan..The plan references concrete containment structures, and in another
section states that the Fuel Storage Tank's containment system is constructed from steel but is unclear how these
structures meet the requirements of secondary containment for bulk storage containers. Concrete pads are
mentioned but storm drains next to the tanks aren't.
There is a reference to bus refueling?
This is not a complete list of things that may questioned during a full review of the SPCC plan during the next APSA
inspection. These new issues were noticed while searching for corrections for open violations.
FREE classes presented by N ES l nc. are available to all San Joaquin County Hazardous Waste, U nderground Storage Tank,
and Aboveground Petroleum Storage Facility Business Owners and Operators.
