<br />OBSERVATIONS: Hot water has been removed from handwash sink at counter, which is currently being used for filling
<br />drinking water only. Provide hot water 100 to 108 F, or use only the hand wash in kitchen and relocate soap and towel
<br />dispenser, thereby making this sink for filling drinking water only.

<br />OBSERVATIONS: Cardboard on floor next to 3-comp sink. Remove and provide only cleanable and non-absorbent
<br />surface. Corrected on site.
<br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: The walls / ceilings shall have durable, smooth, nonabsorbent, light-colored, and washable surfaces. All floor
<br />surfaces, other than the customer service areas, shall be approved, smooth, durable and made of nonabsorbent material that is easily
<br />cleanable. Approved base coving shall be provided in all areas, except customer service areas and where food is stored in original
