Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately.Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> FOOD ITEM--LOCATION--TEMP°F--COMMENTS <br /> No Temperature Data Collected <br /> NOTES <br /> Manager on Duty was not aware of the complaint. <br /> Per Manager, it is the facility's policy that all employees remove their apron or chefs coat prior to using the restroom (no <br /> aprons are permitted in the restrooms). Upon return to work duties,the apron must be put back on. If the apron is soiled,the <br /> soiled apron shall be placed in the dirty apron bin and a new apron be put on. There is a plentiful supply of aprons this date. <br /> Facility utilizes Uniform Corp. and the facility receives new linens every Tuesday. <br /> Upon inspection, I did not observe any employee wearing their apron into the restroom and then returning to their work <br /> station. <br /> Corrective action: <br /> !)
