COMPLAINANT REPORTS <br /> DIARRHEA, STOMACH PAIN, DIZZINESS, FEVER, NAUSEA, METALLIC TASTE AND VOMITING. <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. No cockroaches observed in the facility or in the refrigerators. Facility has pest <br /> control out usually weekly. Observed on employee drop something on the floor and then throw it away. Soap is not locked <br /> up, it is accessible at the warewashing sink. Build-up in the steam table wells, on utensils, and on some equipment(tubes for <br /> peeling). Clean immediately. Employee receives food safety training and they consume the food that is prepared on site. <br /> Facility serves about 300 people a day. Facility receives food from MBM twice a week and Trinity produce 5-7 times a week. <br /> No employees have been ill. Facility lacked paper towels in one of the dispensers by ice machine. Facility has dishwasher <br /> over flowing the floor sink(corrected). Several violations noted on the routine inspection, refer to the re-inspection for <br /> follow-up.
