Corrective Action Plan Page 43 <br /> Notes <br /> 1 Samples from the treatment system discharge and air stripper influent will also be analyzed for total <br /> lead if lead is detected in the influent stream to the treatment system <br /> 2 Samples of the discharge will be taken weekly for three consecutive weeks following the start of <br /> groundwater recovery <br /> 3 TPH(g)=Total Petroleum Hydrocarbons quantified as gasoline <br /> 4 BTEX=Benzene Toluene,Ethyl Benzene and Total Xylenes <br /> 5 The frequency of bioassays will be progressively reduced to quarterly and then twice yearly if results <br /> consistently show normal survival rates <br /> 5 These wells will be sampled monthly for the three consecutive months following the start of <br /> groundwater recovery <br /> Monitoring Program Revisions <br /> It can be anticipated that as data is obtained from each successive round of sampling, <br /> analysis of that data may indicate that adjustment to the frequency of sampling or the <br /> number or locations of the sampling points should be considered to ensure that the <br /> objectives of the monitoring program continue to be met in a cost-effective maturer The <br /> total data base will be reviewed following each round of sampling If changes are judged <br /> advisable, appropriate recommendations will be made However, no changes to the plan <br /> will be implemented without consultation with the SJCPHS and, as appropriate, the <br /> CRWQCB or the SJVUAPCD <br /> PERMITTING <br /> The following permits and authorizations will be obtained for construction and operation <br /> of the remediation system The concerned permitting agency is noted in parentheses <br /> following each permit or authorization required <br /> ❑ Development Review and Approval (City of Tracy) <br /> ❑ Demolition Permit (City of Tracy) <br /> ❑ Well Construction Permit (SJCPHS) <br /> © Authorization for Uncontrolled Soil Aeration (SJVUAPCD) <br /> ❑ General Building Permit (City of Tracy) <br /> ❑ Mechanical Construction Permit (City of Tracy) <br /> ❑ Electrical Construction Permit (City of Tracy) <br /> ❑ Authorization to Discharge Treated Groundwater to Storm Sewer <br /> (City of Tracy) <br />
