SYMPTOMS LASTED FOR 2 DAYS. COMPLAINANT <br /> STATED THEY HAVE HEARD ON THE NEWS OF PEOPLE BECOMING ILL FROM ROMAINE LETTUCE FROM YUMA <br /> ARIZONA. PLEASE CALL COMPLAINANT WITH FINDINGS. <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Operator was not aware of the complaint. <br /> 2. There has not been any reported illnesses by employees. <br /> 3. The facility keeps record/logs for ill employees. <br /> 4. Operator is not aware of employees working at other food facilities, daycare or health care facilities. <br /> 5. Staff receives food safety training (frequency not mentioned). Operator said that employees have their FHC. <br /> 6. Staff does consume the foods eaten at the deli. <br /> 7. There has been no known travel out of country by employees. <br /> When Raley's was notified of the E. coli/romaine lettuce event, Raley's followed business protocol.
