The Discharger shall notify <br /> the Board by letter when it returns to compliance with the time schedule. <br /> 7. The Discharger shall prepare and submit by 15 May 1996 a groundwater monitoring plan <br /> for monitoring the effectiveness of the groundwater extraction wells at achieving plume <br /> containment and remediation. <br /> 8. The Discharger shall prepare and submit a Technical Report by 15 October 1997 which <br /> evaluates all ground water monitoring data and determines whether the ground water <br /> extraction system is adequately capturing and remediating the ground water contaminant <br /> plume. <br /> 9. A copy of this Order shall be kept at the discharge facility for reference by operating <br /> personnel. Key operating personnel shall be familiar with its contents. <br /> 10.
