Failure to submit the required technical reports by the <br /> dates contained herein may result in the Regional Water Board taking enforcement action <br /> against Valley Petroleum. Pursuant to California Water Code section 13268, violating any <br /> of the requirements contained in this Order may subject Valley Petroleum to administrative <br /> civil liability of up to $1 ,000 per violation for each day in which the violation occurs. <br /> All reports must be submitted to the San Joaquin County Department of Environmental Health <br /> and this Regional Water Board. Electronic copies of all reports and analytical results are to be <br /> submitted over the internet to the State Water Board Geographic Environmental Information <br /> Management System database (GeoTracker) at http://geotracler.swrcb.ca.gov. Electronic <br /> copies are due to GeoTracker concurrent with the corresponding hard copy.
